Terms and conditions

The fashion industry is rapidly growing a lot. And even though it’s good to have so many options on the market to dress exactly how you want, there are disadvantages to it for our planet and also small businesses like Time For Service. The rising amount of returning online orders is an example of this. Nowadays clothing is easily ordered and returned online, after which some items aren’t even good for sale anymore. This leads to clothing waste, packaging waste, shipping emissions, and piling costs for the business owner. 

With this thought in mind, we ask you to think wisely about your purchases to prevent as many returns as we can. This way you can help us a bit, and make your ecological footprint smaller.

Of course it happens that an item simply doesn’t fit, or isn’t what you expected it to be. In this case you can of course return or exchange an item. But are you in doubt about the sizing or if it’s your style before your purchase? Think twice if this would be something that would make you happy. Still in doubt? We are always here for you to help and advise you through email, to make sure you get the help you need for a happy purchase.

1 Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
1.2 While we do our utmost to update our webshop as accurate as possible, the warehouse of Time For Service is subject to change. Therefore we reserve the right to, in the event if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, not deliver the requested product(s).
1.3 Time For Service reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of our products at our discretion at any given time. The same applies for our right to mention the correct price for an item that was incorrectly stated on the webshop at the time of ordering.
1.4 In the case we are unable to deliver the customer is contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, this in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order. In the case of an advanced payment your money will be refunded within 30 days. When the product is available for later delivery a new delivery date will be offered. However if is not desirable you will also have the option to cancel the order.

2 Payment

2.1 We offer a wide range of payment types via WooCommerce Payments.
2.2 As soon as your order is submitted to our webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details.

3 Shipping & Returns

3.1 We will be using MyParcel as our shipping provider partner. When we dispatch your order you’ll a receive a tracking code to follow your order process.
3.2 Customers from outside the European Union (EU) are excluded of VAT (Dutch sales tax BTW), local VAT could be applied at time of purchase. Customers will find the non EU price displayed under the regular price on the product detail page. After you’ve confirmed that your billing address is outside the EU in the checkout, the VAT will be excluded from your order. 
3.3 We will not refund International customs duties and sales taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carriers as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier. We provide many different shipping services. Please select your carrier carefully.
3.4 If you want to return an item, you need to email the store to let us know you’re returning something.
3.5 All sale articles are final sales, and can’t be returned.

4 Delivery status

4.1 As soon as your package(s) is at the sorting centre of our shipping partner you will receive a tracking code to follow your order process.

5 Product quality & defective products

5.1 At Time For Service we shoot all the photos that are shown on the webshop and galleries with great care. We do our utmost best to show you the product in it’s true form, fit and colour in an atmosphere that suits our brand. If the product you’ve received doesn’t match with the images or description on our webshop, feel free to return* the product or get in contact with our customer service by e-mail. info@timeforservice.eu
5.2 After receiving the product we will look if we approve the claim, when this is the case you will be informed. We will then send you a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs, or we will refund you for both the product and the return-shipping costs.

6 Return & refund policy

6.1 All sales are final on sale items, we do not do price matching or price adjustments. After receiving your merchandise you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned in an unused state. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days after receiving. The product shall be returned inside all original packaging, price labels etc. without having been tampered with.
Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. Also please return the package together with a dispatch number, so we will be able to trace it. The product must be complete with the original sales invoice and return form. Time For Service is not responsible for return-shipping costs.
6.2 Return Policy Requirements
When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements (see return policy) we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All the original packaging must accompanied with the item including accessories, price tags, hang tags, authenticity cards, shoe boxes and dust bags, and the item itself must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept shoes that are returned without a box, marked soles, or a damaged box. We will send these back to the customer without granting a refund. 
6.3 Am I responsible for the return-shipping costs?
Yes, you will be charged for the return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation. This is because of the fact that you are responsible of the package when it gets lost or otherwise not received.

7 How to make an Exchange / Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange your product please contact us info@timeforservice.eu.
Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other colour or size of your product is reserved for you. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.

8 Use of content / press

8.1 All the content found on the website and webshop of Time For Service including logo’s, photographs, and videos belong to Time For Service or parties we work with.
8.2 In the case you would like to use some of our content that is on our website, like images from the website, the blog or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us.
